Project Manager to represent Developer on-site and monitor construction
activity as a salaried employee to be paid per hour ($50-$60/hr.). We are
expecting to pull the permit shortly for the site work, grading, and
installation of utilities for the Santa Maria Freeway Center (HWY 101 at
Betteravia). The site is approximately 4.7 acres total. The Project
Manager would be reporting/communicating to the developer of the day-to-day
activities and progress ensuring that all work (by hired contractor) is
completed on schedule, with safety, and quality of construction.
